The Vietnam Visual eXperience represents NAVER Vietnam's strategic expansion into the field of next-generation media and production technology. As part of NAVER's global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual eXperience team - known as Real-Time Engine Studio - combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next-generation content container for NAVER's platforms.

Job Description:

• Lead Frontend architecture design and technical direction for Cloud Tool services
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Frontend services
• Drive best practices: code review, design review, SSR, CI/CD, monitoring
• Mentor junior/mid engineers and collaborate closely with Korea teams

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience on Frontend development
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern Frontend ecosystem (Next.js, Node.js)
• Strong understanding of Frontend architecture: SSR, micro-frontends, performance optimization
• Experience leading technical projects and conducting code/design reviews
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous patterns, state management, and scalability
• Experience in Data Structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service
• High standard for Maintainable Code, Clean Code, and test coverage
• Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people
• Good communication skills and business-level English
• Cloud Basics: Understanding of IaaS vs PaaS vs SaaS, compute/storage/network fundamentals
• Networking Essentials: understand about network, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPC
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS/GCP/Azure

It is a big plus if you have:

• Experience building or migrating to micro-frontend architecture
• Experience with Vue.js or willingness to contribute across multiple frameworks
• Experience mentoring teams in an offshore or cross-timezone setup
• Have a certificate on one of above cloud platforms
