The Software Support Engineer will provide support for software used in Nautilus Hyosung ATMs and cash recycling devices. This individual will work with SW engineers, application developers and customers to provide support for ATM and branch banking software. The Software Support Engineer will also develop and maintain software installation solutions. The ideal candidate will have logical and creative troubleshooting skills balanced with high quality and a customer focus.
