Job Description
- Overseeing the continuous quality validation of software through the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test cases (manual and automated).
- Facilitating efficient and reliable software delivery by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborating with development teams to proactively define robust test strategies and clear acceptance criteria.
- Ensuring product integrity by meticulously identifying, documenting, and tracking defects for timely resolution.
- Driving the enhancement of QA methodologies by contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, standards, and best practices.
- Providing critical quality feedback within the development lifecycle through participation in code reviews.
- Maintaining product stability and user experience by monitoring application performance and reliability across diverse environments.
- Guaranteeing successful product launches by supporting release validation and production deployments.
- Leveraging a strong understanding of testing methodologies and specific tools (automation frameworks, API testing tools, version control) to achieve these objectives.
- Operating effectively within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver value iteratively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
