Performs moderately complex administrative duties for one or more individuals within the department. Essential functions include providing excellent service to both internal and external customers, preparing correspondence, documents, reports and other materials, scheduling appointments for department staff, participating in department projects, assisting in training and orientation of colleagues, and assisting in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.
