Continuous Improvement Consultant, Sales Compensation, Sales Performance, and Operations

Join Nationwide as a Consultant in Sales Compensation, Sales Performance, and Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through innovative solutions and operational improvements. This position involves collaborating with leaders and business partners across the organization to enhance sales compensation services to help build business cases and architect solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consult with business partners to optimize sales processes and systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across the sale compensation team, diagnosing manual processes and implementing solutions.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency through Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other Project Management methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of sales compensation processes.

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical teams and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in project management and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile Waterfall.
  • Proven track record in driving change and leading initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to map out processes and understand the data landscape.
  • Reporting: Experience in creating dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and improve existing systems.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in continuous improvement, data governance, and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Power BI, Snowflake a plus.

Work arrangements will be hybrid with 2 days per week at one of our office locations in Columbus, OH, or Des Moines, IA. Relocation assistance may be provided.
