Position Overview: As an ORV Operations Analyst, you will plan, communicate, and execute Off-Road Vehicle shipment strategies within a Retail Flow Management environment to support dealer service performance. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Plant Traffic to align ship plans, manage risk, and ensure execution against commitments. This role requires proactive problem identification, data-driven decision making, and clear communication of performance metrics and issues to senior leaders. You will also own the development and execution of international ship plans for a complex and evolving market. This is a compelling opportunity to have end-to-end ownership of shipment execution with direct impact on service levels, operational efficiency, and international growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly ship plans for an assigned ORV business category.
• Align monthly and quarterly ship plans with Finance, SIOP, Product Line Sales, and Logistics partners.
• Monitor daily and weekly ship targets and partner with Logistics to ensure execution remains on plan.
• Own and communicate inventory plans, including risks and actions, during ship team meetings.
• Lead ship strategy and ship-to-retail initiatives, including order prioritization and slotting processes.
• Apply and manage accurate ship dates on customer orders within promised lead times and financial plans.
• Proactively identify risks to service performance and develop countermeasures in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop, publish, and report service level and Retail Flow Management metrics to senior management.
• Lead ship team meetings involving ORV Operations and Logistics teams.
• Own the development and continuous improvement of international ship execution plans.
• Support adjacency, safety stock, and non-revenue shipment needs, including marketing and executive orders.
• Drive process improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices across business categories.
