This is an hourly level position. Job Summary: This position will oversee the receiving, shipping and inspection of all inbound and outbound grain movements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Inspection of all inbound and outbound grains
• Movement of all inbound and outbound commodities
• Manage inspection and weighing documents at the location
• Work with government inspection agencies

Job Responsibilities: This facility utilizes a PLC system that controls most aspects of the facility's operations and this position's duty will be utilizing said PLC to conduct blending operations to vessel, truck or rail at a direct/live loading facility. Rail loading operations, Unloading Rail operations, Unloading Truck operations, Truck loading operations, Vessel loading operations

Minimum Education Required: High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Excellent computer skills, math skills, and an understanding of logistics. Ability to multi-task as position may include more than one job duty at a time. Good communication skills as this position will be dealing with multiple people both in control room and on the phone. Critical thinking skills as this is a direct loading facility (load to vessel and/or rail without the use of shipping bins). Time management and ability to prioritize as day to day operations change throughout the day. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay for this position is expected to be: $20.00
