Your New Role

• NAB deploys a large virtualisation footprint underpinned by VMware, forming one of the core foundational infrastructure components hosting workloads across the enterprise.
• The Senior Virtualisation Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining secure, efficient, and controlled hosting of NAB's systems, applications, and data, including:
• Advanced troubleshooting & technical support across all Virtualisation environments.
• Maintenance activities across all Virtualisation environments.
• Maintaining a high level of security, availability, and performance.
• Identifying and driving automation opportunities.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 -12 years' experience in VMware Virtualisation technology.
• Advanced knowledge of VMware Virtualisation technologies including practical use, design, and deployment of large-scale Wintel infrastructures.
• Strong awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies and applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing complex environment related issues.
• Experience with Cloud IaaS workloads and services.
• Experience with BAU operational processes in a complex environment.
