Change Consultant

Support in change implementation through hands-on tasks of rolling out change initiatives, including documenting change impacts, preparing communication materials, coordinating training sessions and gathering feedback from stakeholders.

Undertake the foundational work of documenting change plans, tracking progress, and compiling reports that help the team stay on track and aligned with overall objectives.

As part of their role, the Change Consultant is exposed to many different types of work in the squad across the design, development and release phases. By working with many different specialists, different phases of work, and contributing to many different deliverables, the Change Consultant is in a unique position to engage actively in learning the principles of change management and grow delivery-related skill sets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Change management methodology – Foundational understanding and experience with change management methodology and tools, including change readiness assessments, impact assessments and change adoption risks/mitigates
  • Attention to Detail – Able to meticulously manage and document various aspects of change initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials.
  • Adaptability – Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and able to pivot quickly while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Basic project management – Familiar with foundational project management principles to help keep track of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – works well within a team, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues to achieve successful change outcomes.
  • Analytical and critical thinking – Ability to gather and analyse data, including through probing and insightful questioning to elicit further information, related to change impacts and provide insights that help the team refine their approaches.
  • Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience (2+ years) of supporting change management delivery and active involvement in foundational change management methodology and tools
  • Experience assisting in identifying and engaging stakeholders, helping to ensure their needs and concerns are considered throughout the change process.
  • Experience in participating in assessing the impacts of changes to identify potential challenges and areas needing additional support
  • Experience conveying information and updates to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally, to support the broader change communication strategy
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops, ensuring that end-users are well-prepared for upcoming changes.
  • Experience with tracking business readiness and change adoption
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of change management, actively seeking feedback and new knowledge to enhance skills.
