Supply Strategy Analyst

The Carrier Services team is seeking a Supply Strategy Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making for Amazon's middle mile transportation network. This role will analyze supply program performance, optimize load distribution across dedicated 3P carrier programs and 1P Amazon trailer programs, and develop strategic recommendations that balance cost efficiency with network capacity. The ideal candidate excels at working with large datasets, is proficient in SQL and data analysis tools, and can translate complex data into actionable supply strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact procurement decisions and network optimization in Amazon's dynamic logistics environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience managing large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
