Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking a US_East | Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery Consultant L4 to join their team. As a US_East | Identity and Access Management (IAM) Delivery Consultant L4, you will be part of the Security and Identity Management Department supporting IAM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
Define FSM data model, integrations, scheduling strategies, and mobility architecture using ServiceNow best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable FSM implementations.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow FSM and external systems (ERP, CRM, GIS, IoT, asset management platforms) using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and platform teams to translate field service requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow FSM solutions.
