Responsibilities:

  • Champion the patient experience by providing a warm, professional welcome for every visitor, guiding them through the check-in/out process, and ensuring their records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Navigate the care journey by proactively managing schedules, confirming appointments, and handling medical record requests to keep our clinical team and patients perfectly in sync.
  • Provide financial clarity by assisting patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then helping them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
  • Ensure accuracy & flow by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing the essential clerical support that keeps our environment organized and welcoming.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
