A large employer is hiring for an Engineering Manager to help lead the onshore portion of a team 12. This resource will be responsible for four engineers onshore and work closely with a mirror Engineering Manager who oversees a team of eight offshore. While this is a management role, it does require a level of technical ability. This person will be expected to do code reviews and provide guidance on development for a GenAI platform the team is creating. The breakdown of responsibilities will be 30% management and 70% technical hands on. At this point, we prefer that resources sit in Nashville, Tampa, or Atlanta.

Skills and requirements:

• 10+ years of full stack development experience in.NET stack
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience developing UI with any JavaScript library
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience deploying into Azure cloud
• Experience with people management
• Local to Nashville, Tampa, or Atlanta
• ReactJS experience
• Experience developing GenAI or Agentic
