We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care. This position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities.

• Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness

• Professionals who are open to working the following full-time schedule: Tuesday through Saturday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary $20-$21 depending upon education and experience
