As a Client Support Professional, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, validate work, and drive continuous service improvements.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with multiple clients through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
- Serve as a primary client contact for product- and service-related inquiries, answer questions, and manage quote and order entry.
- Execute daily reconciliation, transaction validation, and exception handling to support the production facility.
- Triage and escalate production issues to technology and development teams; coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution plans.
- Act as the conduit for internal and external customers to the processing and manufacturing of their products.
- Cross-train across related functions to provide flexible coverage and help meet service-level objectives.
- Maintain current industry and product knowledge to advise clients on creative and compliant solutions.
Experience you'll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in client services or client-facing support in a fast-paced operations or production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
