B2B Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business by identifying new opportunities and closing deals with clients across various industries. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, starting from lead generation to the final close. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them meet their facility maintenance needs with our comprehensive suite of services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients to generate new business.
  • Conducting needs assessments and making tailored service presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Collaborating with our account management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through proactive outreach.

This position offers a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward your success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
