What We Need:

Streaming TV (CTV) is a key growth area for iHeartMedia, offering a powerful visual extension to our dominant audio ecosystem. To meet the demand for experienced CTV advertising sellers, we are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to exclusively represent iHeartCTV. This is a high profile, client-facing role for a true revenue hunter tasked with developing relationships with local, regional, and national advertisers. This position is 100% focused on individual production: prospecting, closing, and growing your own book of business.

What You'll Do:

  • Play a pivotal role in iHeartMedia's business development efforts by targeting, researching, and soliciting potential CTV advertisers.
  • Develop sound relationships with the business community to gather competitive intelligence regarding clients' video and TV advertising strategies.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated CTV deals involving top-level decision-makers at both advertisers and agencies.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth across a broad spectrum of client categories.

What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate is an ambitious media professional with a successful track record of creating substantial revenue growth. You should bring a consultative approach and strategic thinking to help clients invigorate their business through integrated marketing.

  • 3+ years of media sales experience with a heavy emphasis on digital and/or TV.
  • A background that includes a mix of traditional media and digital sales.
  • A proven track record of opening new accounts and a reputation for being an enthusiastic, effective networker who enjoys the selling process.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sound integrated marketing solutions across key business categories.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $48,000 - $60,000
