✨ About The Role
- The VP of Engineering will take ownership of the Engineering department, working closely with co-founders, team leaders, and engineering managers to define and execute strategies to reach engineering goals
- Responsible for identifying short-term and long-term roadmaps, managing multiple teams of engineers, and providing a vision for the composition of Engineering teams as the company grows
- Will work with People Operations to attract top talent, identify hiring needs, and mentor and coach engineers for career growth
- Must have experience scaling codebases, managing engineering teams, and developing web and mobile applications, with a preference for B2B SaaS
- The role involves building and establishing an outstanding culture for the Engineering department, while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and success

- Experienced leader with a background in engineering and a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations in a startup environment
- Strong technical background with expertise in developing web and mobile applications, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, non-technical leaders, and stakeholders
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, able to balance expectations and needs between engineering and the rest of the business
