✨ About The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing sales engineers
- Develop and scale a comprehensive technical sales strategy aligned with the company’s revenue goals
- Partner with relevant teams across Narmi to impact solutions and strategies related to the product roadmap
- Engage in consultative conversations with financial institutions to assess their capabilities and needs
- Be the go-to Narmi product expert for the sales team, developing and presenting technically-oriented solutions for prospective financial institutions
âš¡ Requirements
- 6+ years working for a B2B SaaS-based technology company in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or related technical product demonstration capacity
- 2+ years of managing a team of sales engineers
- Experience working with financial institutions is preferred
- Strong interest in technical or software sales, especially in digital banking
- Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing C-Suite and VP level stakeholders at financial institutions
