<h2><strong>About the opportunity</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong data-start="191" data-end="235">Sr. People Operations Excellence Partner</strong> to make sure our People processes run smoothly, are compliant, and can scale as we grow. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for Workday, help us streamline and automate how we work, and support key programs like performance management, succession planning, and DEI initiatives. Your work will make a real difference in creating a high-performing, inclusive culture where people can do their best from day one.</p>
<h3><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h3>
<ul>

<div data-start="691" data-end="863"><strong data-start="691" data-end="713">Systems & Tooling:</strong> Be our Workday super-user – testing, configuring workflows, building reports, troubleshooting issues, and making sure our teams know how to use it.</div>

<div data-start="866" data-end="1065"><strong data-start="866" data-end="903">Automation & Process Improvement:</strong> Spot opportunities to simplify and automate People Ops processes (like benefits, knowledge management, and documentation) and help roll out scalable solutions.</div>

<div data-start="1068" data-end="1202"><strong data-start="1068" data-end="1094">Process Documentation:</strong> Keep our core People processes clear and consistent by creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation.</div>

<div data-start="1205" data-end="1357"><strong data-start="1205" data-end="1228">Audit & Compliance:</strong> Make sure our processes tick all the compliance boxes and support audits with accurate data, documentation, and system checks.</div>

<div data-start="1360" data-end="1503"><strong data-start="1360" data-end="1386">Talent & DEI Projects:</strong> Help drive our talent and DEI programs – from performance cycles to succession planning and probation assessments.</div>

<h2><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></h2>
<p>Background & Experience: </p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1665" data-end="1732">
<div data-start="1667" data-end="1732">3–5 years’ experience in People Ops, HRIS, or HR project roles.</div>
</li>
<li data-start="1733" data-end="1810">
<div data-start="1735" data-end="1810">Solid knowledge of Workday HCM and reporting (bonus if you’re certified).</div>
</li>
<li data-start="1811" data-end="1880">
<div data-start="1813" data-end="1880">Experience with other HR tools, systems, or automation platforms.</div>
</li>
<li data-start="1881" data-end="1958">
<div data-start="1883" data-end="1958">Good understanding of HR compliance, benefits, and process documentation.</div>
</li>
<li data-start="1959" data-end="2038">
<div data-start="1961" data-end="2038">Familiarity with performance management, succession planning, and DEI work.</div>
</li>
<li data-start="2039" data-end="2110">
<div data-start="2041" data-end="2110">Experience supporting audits and keeping data and systems accurate.</div>
</li>

<div data-start="2113" data-end="2176">Strong multitasker with high attention to detail and quality.</div>

<div data-start="2179" data-end="2260">Great communicator in English (German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus).</div>
