Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Mason, OH. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying leads, initiating conversations with healthcare providers, and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. This role focuses on outreach, education, and engagement to drive awareness of our mental health solutions and ensure patients receive the care they need.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with healthcare professionals and patients to understand their needs, qualify leads, and ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research & Targeting: Research prospective accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop strategies to generate interest.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and manage lead information in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Education & Awareness: Communicate the value of our mental health solutions through clear, consultative conversations.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and lead conversion targets.

Key qualifications include:

  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), email automation tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
