We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Mason, OH. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying leads, initiating conversations with healthcare providers, and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. This role focuses on outreach, education, and engagement to drive awareness of our mental health solutions and ensure patients receive the care they need.
Responsibilities:
Key qualifications include:
Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), email automation tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers or customers.
