The Marketing Analytics Head is expected to lead the analysis and reporting of business performance through an understanding of customer usage, behavior, and psyche through internal data. This enables the greater analytic, insighting, and strategy teams in empowering the Marketing Group and its teams in designing targeted solutions, programs, and campaigns. The position is also tasked to spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of appropriate methodologies and study types depending on the business need/domain, ensuring that studies are aligned with the desired direction of the business. It is also expected to have strong collaboration with Market Research and Growth Heads to deliver synthesized results to the Marketing Group and appropriate groups or teams – ensuring their business questions are answered and recommendations are data-driven.

As a team leader, manage team and individual performance to ensure that the employees are carrying out their expected roles and responsibilities – considering the differences in culture, practices and preferences, and vis-a-vis the greater analytics team within GCash as a whole. Engage team members to ensure they have positive emotional connections to the organizational values and purpose and motivate them to deliver superior performance in pursuit of organizational goals and objectives. Proactively drives thought leadership to assess/review existing and potential skill requirements within the Customer Analytics Team to ensure agility with respect to future/emerging skills. Motivate and engage teams to deliver solutions to complex problems at pace. Coach and mentor team to be able to respond to any current or future challenges.
