Lead the planning and development of campaigns targeted to the assign segment - with a lens of crafting the right proposition for the segment while integrating and crafting the positioning of GCash's entire portfolio of products

Drive the product development and launch of acquisition or retention products made specifically for the segment, co-created across the product teams

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews of GCash's performance within the segment, with a specific lens of integrating internal and external metrics, to tell a coherent business narrative. Moreover, use insights that will emerge and apply it as tweaks or complete rehauls to the planned campaigns

Champion the voice of the segment within the organization by initiating market research that looks at the different aspects of the consumer as well as the sharing of the insights within the organization

Lead excellence in brand financial and business management by leading business casing of campaigns and programs, as well as the respective post mortems to assess impact
