The tasks/responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas:

• As a GTM Lead, the position is expected to work closely with the Marketing Communications Team, Centers of Excellence, and Growth partners within the Marketing Group in the development of go-to-market plans.
• Reviews campaign and communication briefs submitted by Growth Marketing Manager and/or Centers of Excellence to ensure the overall objective is aligned with the brand.
• Works closely with the Communications Strategy and Creative teams in the development of communication and creative strategy, with either the support of creative agencies or support of his/her Manager, depending on and tailor fit for the business need of the communication brief.
• Leads the development of all creative materials in different consumer touchpoints, with either the support of creative agencies or internal creative teams.
• Ensures solid project management, expertise in creative and overall campaign development, and problem solving as needed to ensure a timely campaign launch is achieved.
• Prepares a consolidated Integrated Marketing Campaign deck with all of the executions, and schedules presentations to key approvers.
• Secures approval of senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of campaigns.
