Human Resources Support Staff

As HR Support Staff, you are essential to the daily administrative functions of the HR Leadership Team. Your mission is to use your excellent organizational skills and familiarity with current HR software (especially Salesforce) to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication across the company. You will directly contribute to a positive employee experience and the efficiency of our entire organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform essential administrative duties, including maintaining the VA database and managing HR department emails.
  • Run complex reports and perform data analysis in Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of Support Team attendance, work adherence, and leave.
  • Issue documentation requests and official employee verifications promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate key HR meetings, orientations, and exit interviews/VA profiling sessions.

Policy & Employee Relations

  • Assist the HR Manager with policy formulation and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees, setting them up for success.
  • Ensure smooth, timely communication with employees, resolving queries with authenticity and care.
  • Proactively create back-end tasks and reports on a regular schedule to ensure continuous HR operations.

What We're Looking For in a Mover

  • HR Assistant Experience: At least 2–3 years in an HR Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Salesforce Expertise: You are knowledgeable and comfortable using the Salesforce Tool (A Must).
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Skills—clear, empathetic, and professional.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Possesses a high degree of flexibility, able to adjust quickly to difficult circumstances and shifting priorities.
  • Training & Certification: Must have intensive HR trainings and certifications to ensure compliance and best practices.

Preferred Skills & Background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related course.
  • Ability to clearly present complex processes and data findings to a non-analytical audience.

  • You close the day by preparing an End of Day report, ensuring a clean hand-off for the next shift, and clocking out.
