The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client's environment.
Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.
In the context of implementation or support projects, you will provide to our clients a technical and functional service linked to integration Murex system (data, transactions, reports interfacing …) as well as a technical expertise based on Murex and third party softwares (middleware, JMS, data bases, connectors…)
