As an Inside Sales Engineer at Munters in Aken, you will be responsible for the care of national and international customers in the inside sales department as well as for the technical consultation of our products and solutions. You will support the outside sales team and help to efficiently and customer-oriented complete sales processes.
Care of national and international customers in the inside sales department
Creation and follow-up of offers in close coordination with the outside sales team
Internal order processing
Technical consultation of products and solutions (in cooperation with the engineering department)
Maintenance of customer master data and documentation in the CRM system (Salesforce)
Cooperation and coordination with logistics, purchasing, and production to ensure timely deliveries
Definition of a target list of potential new and existing customers to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive cross- and upselling
Support of field sales colleagues
Support with various sales tasks in the daily business
Completed technical training or study
First experience in sales inside service/inside sales, ideally in a B2B environment
Profound technical understanding and interest in explanatory products
Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions
Experience in offer creation and order processing is an advantage
Secure handling of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
Very good communication and presentation skills
Enjoyment of telephone and digital customer contact
Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style
Team capability and close cooperation with outside sales and technical departments
Negotiating secure German and very good English skills
Market-appropriate salary according to qualification and experience
