Mungo Homes is seeking a Customer Care Representative in our Corporate office in Irmo, SC!
This position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to both internal and external customers.

Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably within residential construction or related industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) KOVA software preferred
