The role of On-Call Transition Services Program (TSP) Advanced Practice Clinician (On-Call TSP APC) is to provide comprehensive nursing care and treatment for justice involved individuals within Multnomah County. The On-Call TSP APC will be under the clinical supervision of the Corrections Health Medical Director and will function as the main medical provider for the Transition team; guiding clinical care with a focus on medication supported recovery and harm reduction, and collaboration with Health Department and community providers.
As an On-Call TSP APC Health, you will help serve in The Multnomah County Inverness Jail and Multnomah County Detention Center. As the On-Call TSP APC, other duties will include:

Other: Passing a Multnomah County Sheriff's Office background check is required. This position requires a background investigation, which may include being fingerprinted. Employment is contingent on passing a background investigation. The employee holding this position is designated as an Essential Employee under Multnomah County Personnel Rule 3-15-015, Essential Employees.
