In a context of strong growth in Europe, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Manager specialized in Pharma & Healthcare, responsible for developing the French and Italian markets.
The Position
Reporting to the EMEA commercial director, you will be responsible for the commercial development of strategic accounts in Pharma, Healthcare in France and Italy. You will pilot complex sales cycles around AI/LLM/optimization solutions with a strong technical component. You will work closely with the Solutions Engineering, Product, and R&D teams, in a consultative sales approach with high added value.
Main Missions
Commercial Development & Direct Sales
- Define and execute the Pharma & Healthcare commercial strategy in the French and Italian markets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities on large accounts and SMEs.
- Pilot the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value proposition, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline (complex deals, long cycles).
Client Relationship & Complex Solution Sales
- Engage C-level stakeholders, innovation, data, IT, and business directors.
- Understand business issues (ROI, performance, compliance, sovereignty, inference costs).
- Position CompactifAI and Singularity solutions as strategic levers.
- Participate in key appointments with a trusted advisor role.
Go to Market & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Contribute to the sectorial Pharma & Healthcare GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to frame POCs, demonstrations, and offers.
- Feed back client feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Represent Multiverse at sectorial events (Pharma, Healthcare, AI).
Profile Sought
Experience & Expertise
- 5-10 years of experience in complex B2B sales (SaaS, AI, data, cloud, enterprise software).
- Experience and network of contacts confirmed in the Pharma and Healthcare sectors.
- History of closing structuring deals (ideally > €300k to several M€).
- Habit of working with long sales cycles and multi-decision makers.
Key Skills
- Strong ability to sell high-value technological solutions.
- Understanding of AI, LLM, optimization, infrastructure, or data issues.
- Excellent negotiation skills, structuring offers, and driving deals.
- Autonomy, rigor, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Languages
- Fluent French and Italian are indispensable.
- Professional English required.
