4. Employee Lifecycle Documentation (in Coordination with Legal)

  • Oversee labor-related documentation for the employee lifecycle.

5. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

  • Lead sensitive ER cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage employment transitions and organizational changes in a legally compliant and fair manner.
  • Establish best practices and internal protocols for complex ER situations.

  • Build internal capability to operate confidently in multi-jurisdiction environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven, direct experience working with Workers Councils (preparation, facilitation, documentation, follow-through)
  • Strong track record managing complex labor scenarios in high-growth or transformation contexts
  • Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Strong command of Spanish labor law, collective bargaining, and Workers Council practice
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to labor frameworks in other countries
