We are multiScout, a leading recruitment consultancy with a focus on procurement and supply chain management. On behalf of our client – a successful and growing corporate group – we are looking for a Marketing Manager (M/W/D) to take responsibility for and develop the entire marketing of the group.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of a holistic marketing strategy for the entire corporate group
• Designing online and offline marketing campaigns (including social media, website, newsletter, events)
• Strengthening brand awareness and market positioning
• Creation of marketing and communication materials in close cooperation with the departments
• Support and development of digital channels and content strategies
• Planning and organizing trade fairs, conferences, and other marketing events
• Incorporating your technical affinity, e.g., in the use of digital tools, marketing automation, or data analyses

Requirements

• Completed degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B environment
• High technical affinity and enjoyment in using new digital tools and platforms in marketing
• Creative mind with a sense for trends, texts, and visual storytelling
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment in taking responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills
