About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team. This team builds and maintains foundational systems that empower engineering teams across the company to ship high-quality software quickly and reliably.

In this role, you'll work on organization-wide CI/CD systems, help shape our internal developer platform (IDP), and contribute to improving the engineering experience at scale. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers and stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with tooling, automation, and infrastructure that supports hundreds of developers.

What You'll Do

• Help maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams
• Contribute to the development of our internal developer platform (IDP), including self-service tooling, workflows, and automation
• Collaborate with senior engineers on testing, documenting, and implementing platform enhancements or new tool integrations.
• Write reliable, maintainable code in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions
• Learn from senior engineers while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects
