Strategic Account Manager For Modular Roofing

Drive modular sales of MuleHide Products by building upon existing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities within the modular roofing space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 75% travel during the week (Monday – Friday) across the US and Canada
  • Travel to modular customer offices/plants, ABC branches, jobsites, architect/design firms, and industry events as needed
  • Prospect and establish relationships with new manufacturers, dealers, suppliers and design firms in the modular construction space
  • Maintain strategic account partnerships with existing modular customers and ABC branches
  • Coordinate efforts with modular customers and ABC to help ensure pricing, inventory, service levels and sales programs are appropriate
  • Provide training to modular customers and ABC Supply associates as needed
  • Attend all applicable trade shows to represent MuleHide
  • Manage sales leads generated at trade shows, from website inquiries, and other sources
  • Be an educational expert in low-slope roofing as it pertains to the modular industry by maintaining professional and technical knowledge, attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Report to MHP leadership as needed
  • Any other duties assigned by MuleHide national business development manager

Specific Qualifications:

  • College degree (business, sales, or other related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Specific industry knowledge pertaining to modular products is preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, be able to pass MVR check, and vehicle insurance must meet company requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Superior time-management and organization skills
  • Computer proficiency, including CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
