As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Mukuru — assisting customers with their foreign exchange transactions in a friendly, professional, and compliant manner.
You'll process transactions accurately, verify documents, and help customers confidently complete their money transfers. This role is all about people — providing excellent service, spotting risks, and making sure every interaction reflects Mukuru's trusted brand.
