The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of long-term organizational strategy

• Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as needed

• Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy

• Assess market trends

• Identify threats and opportunities and recommend prioritization

• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions

• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects

• Monitor and report on projects and initiatives

Education

• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. Undergraduate degree

Work Experience

• Related experience as a strategic initiatives leader or business analyst

• Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred

Functional Skills

• Advanced skills in business operations, risk assessment and management, governance, reporting

• Solid understanding of business and financial markets

• Strong research, organizational, and planning skills

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to summarize technical concepts into easy to understand business language

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $181K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
