The purpose of this position is to provide knowledge, resources, and expertise and network support in the field of technical management, reporting, procedures, and systems to the network that provides professional service to customers in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In this role, you will support authorized repairers in Belgium and Luxembourg in the treatment, processing, and escalation of technical incident reporting and information issued by the network to ensure that information is correctly passed on in downstream systems and that quality and safety are monitored. Correct escalation processes to engineering and production. Ensure that the information flow is correctly processed, prioritized technical incidents for the development of technical solutions are processed, and that the best customer experience is provided.

Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this service can be summarized in the following areas and respective tasks: Managing technical reporting; Incident process management; Qualification of incident reports; First contact point with the AR network for reporting and answering related questions on this topic; Work as liaison between Country (NSC and AR) and quality, technology, and manufacturer on a global level, handling communication; Support other NSC colleagues with information on technical reporting and incident management; Perimeter services are the region of Belgium and Luxembourg, operating from NSC and/or remotely.

Language proficiency in Dutch, French, and English

Knowledge of the automotive industry

Technical knowledge, background in automotive

Administrative experience - Secuur

Reporting knowledge of Excel (advanced)

Proactive and motivated with a focus on achieving goals.

This position is 100% remote to be filled, part-time min. 3 days per week.
