Job Description

As a Consultant, you will be the key person who will drive the delivery of our program in the Spanish market for one of our main agricultural machinery manufacturing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the network and increasing sales;
  • Helping the dealership to manage its commercial client base through systematic management and support;
  • Performing commercial parts pricing analysis;
  • Providing periodic information to local sales teams about the growth of the program's development;
  • Identifying and delivering promotional and sales activities in the market, as well as marketing initiatives;
  • Helping to launch the program in the market by visiting different workshops and dealerships nationwide.

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal person will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience related to spare parts (preferably agricultural machinery). As well as:

  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English knowledge (at least B2+ or C1);
  • Knowledge of dealership and/or workshop processes;
  • Understanding of the agricultural business (plus highly valued);
  • Analytical approach with great attention to detail, organized and motivated personality;
  • Ability to manage one’s workload, as well as use initiative to find solutions to problems and reach a positive resolution;
  • Ability to relate and interact with all levels within the retailer network.
  • Living in Madrid or surroundings (preferably) and having the flexibility to travel regularly and visit dealerships within the country (60% of the time).
