Job Title: Remarketing Specialist Location: Rüsselsheim, Germany Full Time: 40 Hours Temporary

Conduct and optimize remarketing processes. Coordinate administrative tasks related to vehicle returns and disposal, communicate with customers, dealers, and authorities, and create reports to measure remarketing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize, develop, and document remarketing processes
• Perform all administrative tasks related to vehicle returns and sales according to work guidelines
• Conduct individual or bulk sales, possibly through a used car marketplace, as well as invoicing and related administrative tasks
• Point of contact for registration offices, authorities, and agencies
• Issue seizure, transport, and appraisal orders
• Communicate and correspond with customers, dealers, agencies, and authorities
• Organize vehicle transport
• Check incoming invoices and forward them to accounting
• Send registration certificates
• Initiate the collection of registration certificates
• Monitor incoming payments for outstanding items
• Create regular reports to measure remarketing performance
• Represent other departments as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Comprehensive industry knowledge and commercial understanding
• At least 3 years of sales experience in an auto dealership
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of commitment
• Proficient in all common MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Very good English language skills in both spoken and written form
