Job Title: Remarketing Specialist (M/W/D) Location: Rüsselsheim, Germany Full-time: 40 hours Temporary
Conducting and optimizing remarketing processes. Coordinating administrative tasks related to vehicle returns and disposal, communicating with customers, dealers, and authorities, and creating reports to measure remarketing performance.
Optimization, development, and documentation of remarketing processes
Execution of all administrative tasks related to vehicle returns and sales according to the work guidelines
Conducting individual or bulk sales, possibly through a used car exchange, as well as invoicing and related administrative tasks
Point of contact for registration offices, authorities, and agencies
Issuing impoundment, transport, and appraisal orders
Communication and correspondence with customers, dealers, agencies, and authorities
Organization of vehicle transport
Examination of incoming invoices and forwarding to accounting
Sending registration certificates
Initiation of the collection of registration certificates
Monitoring incoming payments for outstanding items
Creation of regular reports to measure remarketing performance
Representation of other departments as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications
Completed commercial or technical training
Comprehensive industry knowledge and commercial understanding
At least 3 years of sales experience in an automotive dealership
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as a high level of commitment
Proficient use of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
Very good English language skills in both spoken and written form
