Marketing & Partner Support Specialist - English Speaker

Job Description
The Marketing & Partner Support Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the network by driving marketing initiatives, partner engagement, and brand visibility, while also supporting partner onboarding and ongoing operational coordination. Acting as a key interface between marketing, partners, and internal teams, this role combines hands-on marketing execution with structured partner lifecycle support in a dynamic automotive aftermarket environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create and adapt local-market content, copy, and communications for B2B and B2C audiences
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, newsletters, and online campaigns
- Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, events, and merchandise initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across partner communications and touchpoints
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery and partner engagement
Partner Lifecycle Support
- Support partner lead qualification and maintain accurate CRM pipeline tracking
- Coordinate partner onboarding activities, including communication, system access setup, and documentation
- Serve as a key contact for partners on campaign-related, communication, and operational topics
- Support partner participation in campaigns, programs, and marketing initiatives
Data, Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate partner and campaign-related data in CRM and related systems
- Support reporting, tracking of campaign activities, and GDPR-compliant data handling
- Assist with administrative and basic system coordination tasks enabling marketing execution
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Marketing, Field Force, IT, and external partners
- Support cross-functional alignment to improve partner experience and campaign effectiveness
Working Pattern
- Full time (40 hours/week)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or partner coordination
- Experience creating content, supporting campaigns, and working with CRM or marketing systems
- Exposure to partner networks, B2B environments, or customer lifecycle processes is an advantage
- Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or dealer network environments is a plus
- Native English is required
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, CRM, or reporting platforms
- Ability to work with financial or administrative systems (SAP / e-billing is desirable)
