Function Description

Are you a commercial top performer with a passion for the automotive industry? Are you the person who always finds a solution? Then come strengthen our sales team and make a difference within your own network!

What does your workday look like?

  • Sales visits and building customer relationships
  • Sales promotion and performance analysis
  • Promotion of quality and efficiency
  • Advice on improvements in the parts department
  • Implementation of company standards
  • Initiating marketing campaigns
  • Planning activities in line with the overall market strategy
  • Presenting quotes and sales agreements
  • Feedback to retailers and other partners
  • Supporting key customers
  • Use of the CRM platform for lead management, customer management, and sales forecasts
  • Monitoring and reporting of sales results
  • Presentation of sales information
  • Collection of relevant and accurate market data

Job Requirements

What makes you the right candidate?

  • You have at least an MBO+ level;
  • You have experience as a sales representative in an outside service role;
  • Excellent coaching and sales skills
  • Ability to engage and influence others
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Independent and demonstrably successful in achieving sales targets in the parts industry
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
