Description of the Position

In the context of the indispensable acceleration of the Fleet business from 2025 in the Medium and Large Fleet category, our client needs reinforcement of Key Account Managers dedicated 100% to the brand.

Main duties:

  • Organize and develop active prospecting among targeted large accounts (Hunting)
  • Build a prospecting plan
  • Define objectives
  • Target future prospects
  • Organize and plan contacts and meetings
  • Create prospect files in the CRM tool (Atomium)
  • Prospect new opportunities with the aim of converting them into new customers
  • Design and develop client offers with the support of the captive financial
  • Promote the client, its products and services to large accounts and long-term lessors
  • Animate regional directions and sales forces of long-term lessors (LLD) and relay marketing and CRM operations to large account clients including LLD
  • Optimize the profitability of deals by maximizing the vehicle mix of client accounts
  • Improve the satisfaction and retention of large account clients and long-term lessors
  • Ensure follow-up in the CRM tool (Atomium)
  • Ensure activity reporting in its perimeter.

Qualifications

Experience as Key Account Manager in the automotive sector

Sales techniques, persuasion, conviction

Prospecting

Negotiation

Knowledge of LLD financing and TCO

Interpersonal skills

Client portfolio management

Pack Office tool

Reasoning in solution, with agility and reactivity in implementation

Result-oriented culture

Additional Information

Permanent position with 39-hour workweek

9.5 weeks of annual leave
