We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking someone with experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development. The ideal candidate is a customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills. Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level) is required. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
