Inside Sales Support Agent – Your Next Opportunity! This position is part of our ongoing talent pool. Your Mission: We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats. Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics. CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion.
Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development. Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills. Fluent in French & English (at least B2 level).
