You will be employed in the Dealer Operations & Systems department where you will provide administrative support to the Dealer Operations department manager and work closely with the Dealer Operations Specialist. You will have frequent telephone/email contact with the distribution network within the Benelux region regarding a wide range of Dealer Systems matters.
You will also have a "first level helpdesk and support" role for the Benelux region.
You will provide administrative assistance, including translations, assistance in compiling courses, and communications via Dealer Portal.
Tasks and responsibilities
• First line helpdesk of the Dealer Systems department for the Benelux distribution network. This involves frequent telephone/email contact with distributors regarding Dealer Systems matters. Regular contact with various departments within Europe is necessary to resolve IT-related issues;
• SharePoint Site Collection Administrator Dealerportal: full management of a SharePoint website, detailed manual available.
• Business owner of applications, such as Vista (ordering program for new vehicles), Dealer Self Administration module, etc.;
This includes: (after implementation period) thoroughly knowing applications, adjusting applications to commercial needs, setting and managing parameters, solving error messages, supporting users, marketing adaptations/changes and new applications, providing training;
• Responsibility for dealer data files;
• Assisting in the development and launch of new IT projects by the department Coordination between Dealer Systems and various other departments in rolling out new applications;
• Administrative tasks (such as preparing circular letters, courses, and manuals);
• An ideal position to get to know the workings of a commercial organization in all its facets and to build a positive contact with the network.
• Comprehensive manual available: keeping up to date with new projects, etc.
• Diploma: minimum Bachelor level Management Assistant or similar direction, ideally university level: Language and Literature or TEW (with potential for growth);
• Language skills are very important: Dutch / French / English;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and knowledge of Windows;
• Willingness and skill to (after implementation period) manage and administer various applications in depth;
• Willingness and skill to learn and understand electronic communication techniques via the internet to provide the necessary support;
• Administratively strong and commercially oriented person with a business-oriented attitude;
• Smooth, friendly, and accurate person who can work independently.
