The objective of this role is to provide customer support in resolving technical issues present on vehicles, both through on-site and remote interventions and provide technical-diagnostic support, on-site to all stakeholders of the repair chain.

The main tasks will be:

  • Operate as an Advisor, providing diagnostic support to Authorized Repairers and Independent Operators regarding vehicle repairs, both through ticketing system and by phone;
  • Manage customer support requests and Authorized Repairers applying the detailed procedures in the project operational manuals and in all subsequent updates and integrations in order to:
    • Analyze and understand technical issues and provide related recommendations;
    • Provide explanations and in-depth information on diagnostic procedures and technical literature published by the Customer;
  • Electronically record the details of managed requests following the instructions and guidelines described in the project operational manuals and in all subsequent updates / integrations;
  • Escalate technical cases / situations considered critical or not covered by the project operational procedures or that prevent the proper performance of assigned tasks;
  • Accept other assignments related to the THD Helpdesk activity;
  • Manage on-site intervention preparation independently (preliminary contact with the Repairer/Installer, planning of movements and overnight stays, booking of hotel facilities, etc.);
  • Interface independently with the technical department representatives.

Degree in Engineering;

Previous experience as a Field Engineer or as an Advisor of a Technical Helpdesk in the automotive, truck, industrial or agriculture sector;

Excellent knowledge of Automotive technology;

Precision and attention to detail;

Analytical and problem-solving skills;

Possession of a driver's license type 'B' or higher;

English Level B1 written and spoken.

Availability to travel, be itinerant
