• Oversee the operational processes in the team you lead technically and disciplinarily and set your course to achieve our company goals.

• Proactively analyze existing structures and processes to continuously improve them and thus provide our customers with a high-quality customer journey.

• Foster the personal development of your employees, offer support, and contribute to the motivation of your team.

• Support your team in daily operations, such as the invoicing of sea freight, release of full containers, and registration and deregistration of empty returns.

• You have a degree in maritime commerce (m/w/d), commerce for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or have completed another commercial qualification or degree, ideally with a logistics focus, and have extensive experience in the logistics sector.

• You want to take the first steps with leadership responsibility or already have experience in personnel management? What matters to us is that you enjoy working with people and have a passion for continuously developing your team and yourself.

• You impress with your communication skills and an independent and solution-oriented working style.

• You enjoy thinking analytically and driving developments forward.

• You also have good German and English language skills.
