Customer Service Administrator - Import

As Customer Service Administrator-Import, you will ensure that everything related to the financial aspect of our import dossiers runs smoothly and correctly, especially when it comes to invoices and customer inquiries. You will be involved in:

  • Reviewing customer questions and comments about invoices and seeking clear solutions
  • Consulting with customers, colleagues from customer service, and sales to handle everything correctly
  • Following up on dossiers to ensure everything is in order
  • Processing price agreements in the system, together with colleagues and partners
  • Creating invoices and ensuring they are correct
  • Maintaining an overview and ensuring everything is ready on time

You will work together with various colleagues and teams, and you will report to your team lead.

Who are you?

You have a bachelor's degree (preferably in logistics), are equivalent through experience, or are fascinated by the logistics sector! You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same: you get the job done. You are a strong communicator and build good customer relationships without any problems. You are a pro at setting priorities and deadlines do not scare you. You think in solutions rather than problems. You work accurately and structured. You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English, and knowledge of French and/or German is a plus! You are a true team player.
