Collaborate in strengthening MSA’s distribution policy through tactical marketing actions within distributors to boost the commercialization of our products by business partners.
In synergy with MSA’s Marketing department and the distribution partner, plan and coordinate the execution of activities such as training programs, communication initiatives, workshops, promotions, product launches, incentive campaigns, and other actions that contribute to demand generation.
Establish strong interaction in marketing activities within the channels, aiming to be the supplier that provides the best support to the partner and consequently position MSA in the top of mind of distributors’ commercial executives.
Assist in defining and achieving distributors’ purchasing objectives through continuous analysis and monitoring of their respective performance.
Manage the funds allocated to MDF (Marketing Development Fund) actions for demand generation within distributors, measuring the return on investments.
Implement a robust Sell Out monitoring model with distribution partners, as well as a quantitative/qualitative framework to track joint field activities.
Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines and visual identity across distributors and points of sale.
Support the development of joint business plans with key distributors, focusing on demand generation and sell-out growth.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design and adapt online campaigns that align with channel strategies.
Provide sales teams and distributors with trade marketing materials (brochures, POP, digital assets, presentations, etc.).
Track ROI of trade marketing activities and prepare performance reports for management.
Identify best practices and replicate successful initiatives across markets and channels.
Experience (Required): 3–5 years
Experience (Preferred): 3–5 years in sales, marketing, and/or customer service roles
Education (Required): Technical degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
Education (Preferred): Completed studies in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, and/or related fields
Travel Requirement: Up to 25% of the time per month
